Enecsys Micro inverters.

For shading and space saving, Enecsys is the answer!

We have now installed a number of systems using Enecsys Micro Inverters, which have the dual advantages of optimising your array if you have shading issues from adjacent buildings and trees at certain times of the day, plus completely avoids the need for a big inverter box inside the house.

They work simply by each module having its own inverter fitted adjacent to it on the roof. This 'micro' inverter complies with all UK G83/1 regulation and provides a 230v AC output, meaning you can install any size system from a single panel right up to the full 3.7kWp G83/1 legal output.

In amongst the other advantages of this system is an optional Gateway unit, which receives data sent out by all the micro inverters and uploads this onto your secure area on the Enecsys portal website. This is set up by us soon after installation enabling you to see just what your system is doing, both as a whole system and as individual modules. Its all there at the click of a mouse. Installation uses no more equipment that we already use for a standard installation, the inverters are installed behind the modules and are mapped out during installation to enable us put together an online layout for you to refer to. Another demonstration video of the installation process can be seen here

Costs

For systems up to 8 modules, system costs are the same as if we would be using a standard string inverte, after which depending on the system type and modules used, an approximate value of £100 a module will be added over the standard installation.
